Merishaadi Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the matchmaking and relationship services provided through Merishaadi.ca (“Merishaadi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by 5036721 Ontario Inc. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use an adult matchmaking service, provide accurate and current information, create an account for yourself without impersonating another person, and will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Membership Plans

Merishaadi may offer Free Membership, Premium Monthly, and Premium Platinum Yearly memberships. Plan features and prices are shown before checkout and may change as described in these Terms.

3. Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout. By purchasing, you authorize Merishaadi and/or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the membership price and applicable taxes. You are responsible for cancelling automatic renewal before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership or turn off automatic renewal through account settings, the membership management page, or by contacting support where applicable. Your paid membership normally remains active until the end of the period already paid for; future recurring charges stop after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current billing period.

5. No Refunds

All membership payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by 5036721 Ontario Inc. This includes monthly and annual charges, renewals, partially used periods, unused premium features, and promotional features after they have been used or made available.
